Built in 1928 and a Category 2 on the Palo Alto Historic Inventory
The following is from the Historic Buildings Inventory as revised in 1981 and 1985:
This two-story Spanish Colonial Revival structure was built as the parochial residence for St. Thomas Aquinas Church next door at 751 Waverley and is included in its listing on the National Register.
