This was the home of Lester Morse, of Ferry–Morse Seeds. At the time of sale in April, 2014, it was listed as having 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The house was 2, 568 sq. ft.

It was deemed eligible for the National Trust and California Register of Historical Resources in 1998.
