This home received a Rehabilitation and Addition Award in 2009. The rehabilitation removed multiple additions to carefully restore the building to its circa 1900 appearance by preserving the historic windows and exterior details, replicating the balustrade on the restored porch, and creating a new addition that appears to seamlessly blend with the historic home.
This Professorville house was built circa 1900. The owner is Stephen Reller, the architect for the restoration/addition was Aino Vieira da Rosa, architect, and NorthWall Builders was the contractor.
