Ticket to Rock

1. To order: E-mail orders@dennismartin.net. Include the number of books you wish to purchase and whether you want to pick up the book(s) at Cubberley* or pay $2/book for shipping.

2. If you prefer to pick up your order the book(s) will be delivered to the PAHA Archives, Cubberley Community Center in Palo Alto*. You can pay with cash or check, payable to Bo Crane, for $10/book. Call before visiting to make sure your order is ready for pick up.

3. If requesting shipment of your order you may mail a check, payable to Bo Crane, to PAST Heritage, PO Box 308, Palo Alto, CA, 94302. Include $10/book plus $2/book for shipping. Include shipping information.

*Cubberley Community Center, 4000 Middlefield Road, PAHA Archives, Room K-7, Palo Alto. Open Tuesdays, 4 p.m –8 p.m., and Thursdays, 1 p.m – 5 p.m. Telephone 650–329–2353. Call to make sure the office is open and your book is available for pick up.
